I had a furnace installed today in my home by two gentlemen named Brad and Jim. I would like you to know that these two guys did a fantastic job, worked straight through, only taking a short lunch break; very courteous…..I have never been so excited with the work ethic of these two. Alan – I just wanted to let you know the excellent job your employees have done for me….I called the other week because one of our rental properties was not working. My husband is an electrician and typically does all of our repairs, but thought that it was time to call in the professionals for this case. I spoke with Don in service, and because there was no one available to help with this for several days…..he offered to walk my husband through the troubleshooting/repair. He did, and my husband was able to get the unit running (and it is still running). He went beyond our expectations and was extremely patient and VERY helpful. We recently contracted with your company to have a Geothermal system installed…..the project began in late August and finished in early September. My husband and I were a little apprehensive when the installation crew consisting of Brad and Tom arrived…we were not prepared for the young men who crawled out of the A.C. Rimmer vehicle, but can confidently say that we were both impressed with their knowledge, skill and customer service as they installed our new system. It was pleasures working with these two gentlemen….we are also impressed with the system itself. Initially we were not even sure it was on unless we were close by one of the vents blowing out cold air….the system is very quiet which is quite a difference from the oil/forced air system we previously had….once again, thank you to all at A.C. Rimmer who were involved in this project. We greatly appreciate the professionalism and good customer service. Eloise
